Project Description

A four story, 32,000 sf addition consolidates the middle school on two floors and provides a centrally located two story library for the entire campus. The addition takes advantage of sweeping views of the Long Island Sound while creating a contemplative landscaped courtyard at the core of the campus.

A new auditorium with 450 raked seats was created within an existing gymnasium and multi-purpose space, one story above an existing swimming pool. The alteration involved state of the art audio-visual and theatrical lighting systems, as well as superior room acoustics to assist developing young voices.
