Project Description

Gymnasium: Along with new locker rooms and fitness area, the new gymnasium has transformed the school’s physical education and athletic programs. The building achieved LEED Gold Certification.

Performing Arts Center: The new Performing Arts Center transformed an old gymnasium into a 620 seat performance space with state-of-the art theatrical lighting, rigging, sound and video systems as well as superior room acoustics. The seating retracts, and the space can be sub-divided for simultaneous drama classes and athletics.

The projection screen shown at the center of the stage below, is one of three HD quality projection surfaces provided for this Lecture, Performance, Presentation facility. The audio/video systems provided for this facility include full digital audio mixing and recording capabilities, digital media signal distribution, three large screen displays and an extremely robust sound reinforcement system. Adjacent classrooms are equipment with audio, video monitors and production intercom systems tied to the pre-sentation/performance space.
